CAN Clean And Neat undertakes all types of cleaning services and pest control services which include general cleaning, deep cleaning, general pest control, and termite treatment services as required by the client.
Services will be rendered strictly in accordance with the quote approved by the customer. Any additional work beyond the quote will be extra chargeable.
Site visits can be arranged to assess the customer's premises to provide recommendations, estimates, or proposals for services to be provided by the service provider.
The quoted price encompasses labor costs, cleaning materials, chemicals, machinery usage, and transportation expenses.
The client must provide all necessary access for the company’s representatives to the premises where the services are to be performed and take all necessary steps to avoid any kind of interruptions.
In case of any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, the client must inform us at least 24 hours before.
The client is responsible for providing adequate electricity and water facilities at the service location.
The services provided will be carried out professionally at regular intervals as specified in the service agreement. Additional visits and services will be extra chargeable.
Pesticides used during some services may have a strong odour and could linger for 1-2 days; Persons who are aged, patients, allergic, or with respiratory disorders must be kept away from the treatment premises for at least 1-2 days.
Please note that sometimes customers may see live termites immediately after the treatment, based on the severity of the existing infestation. The infestation subsides on contact with chemicals over a period of time.
Our company will not accept any liability for loss, damage, or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods, or equipment unless the loss, damage, or injury was occasioned by the negligence of us or our staff.
Waste generated during the service will not be removed from the site and disposed of by the service provider.
Full payment must be made on the same day after the completion of work.
We strive for customer satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issues.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Thrissur district.
